My recent home internet broadband installation was quite possibly the most efficient exercise in customer service that I have ever experienced. After months of attempting to find an internet provider that can offer super fast broadband to a remote location, I discovered Fernandos company. Within 24 hours I had negotiated a 2 year phone and internet contract, organised and had a completed router installation. Made more challenging due to my location as the MEO technician had to re able from 200 metres away from the house and through a complicated entry point to my house. Totally blown away that this can happen in less than a day and as our livelihood depends on a fast internet connection this quite simply has been a life saver. Thankyou again Fernando and the team!

The most efficient exercise in customer service that I have ever experienced

I used Fernando to matriculate my motorhome last December, Fernando dealt with it all even making calls needed to UK company, he was also there to reassure me at 9pm when I was pulling my hair out with it all! I also insure said vehicle with Fernando too, and have health insurance with him. He takes the time to help with other problems you may have, he has translated letter’s for me and even made phone calls for appointments when my limited Portuguese was far from good enough. So I speak from experience when I say Fernando is an absolute diamond the best, professional and honest, goes out of his way to help in any way he can often going above and beyond, 100% recommended.

Already having 1 car and house insurance with Fernando, we knew he was our first call when we decided to buy another car at short notice. I was lucky enough to be introduced to Fernando by a friend who already lived in Portugal.
