Fernando was really helpful in helping me get my WiFi and my energy contracts seem up. All worked smoothly and he was a great intermediary dealing with bookings and the paperwork to help me get set up.

I cannot thank Fernando enough for his assistance in getting me set up with a package of mobile phone, Wi-Fi, and Tv connection after my recent move to Portugal. Mine was not an easy case since the building was just wired for NOS, and I wanted MEO service because they offer the most comprehensive coverage and true fiber optic Wi-Fi. He secured a cell number for me immediately, then got to work with MEO to have the fiber service run to the building, and did not let up until the work was finally done a month later. Fernando helped my family get established and settle down in Portugal. After we bought our house, there was a whole list of things we needed to start our lives. Fernando has been great! He is a strong communicator and gives clear guidance in the process. I chose MEO and after some difficulties getting it all setup (where Fernando was an amazing guide to help sort things out and make appointments with the mechanics) everything works well for our family, both internet and TV are working at a great internet speed. So if you want to move to Portugal and need someone to help you out in advance before moving there, Fernando is your man.

Perfect service. I contacted Fernando a few days before I arrived to Porto from the Czech Republic. I've hired (or eventually chose not to hire) a multitude of fixers, consultants, and advisors who make their living "helping" immigrants with limited language skills and knowledge of the Portuguese ins and outs. He really knows his stuff, he's passionately expert on the topic (he explains EVERYTHING super clearly), and his service is so excellent that - well, it's a long story, but after putting in some work for me, it turned out, due to factors beyond my control, that a former "handler" went in and placed the order before Fernando could execute it.
